KSB Guest Column: “A Sedona Minute” by Terri Marie
“Sedona Minutes are special. They are moments that inspire us and help us realize why we are here, having this amazing experience called LIFE. Take a look around you. These are the moments to stop, notice, and reflect on the splendor of life during your jam-packed day. They are moments to really see that life is pretty amazing and spectacular after all. All day long, you will find Kodak moments everywhere and everywhen once you start looking for them.
Sedona Minute #1: Appreciate Beauty
Driving into Sedona is so beautiful it can almost be overwhelming. There are curvy, hilly roads with views that can take your breath, if not your concentration, away. Seems every other driver is a tourist. Many of them are seeing these glorious Red Rocks for the very first time.
If you’ve been here, you remember that feeling. It was so spectacular. By allowing others to take time to see the beauty around us, we too, can pause to take a look at this beauty. We can look as if we were seeing Sedona that amazing first time, and relive that initial Red Rock experience. How God wants to enchant us!
See with those Red Rock eyes today. Life is unfolding brilliantly before you all day long. It is all worth taking a moment to stare at and to appreciate. Enjoy the ride wherever you are going today and slow down. Take a Sedona minute today to remember who you are.
I’m Terri Marie sending you wishes for abundant Sedona minutes.”
